I was recommended this particular shilajit from a friend who had tried a few other brands but swears by this one. Been taking it for about 5 weeks now and I can’t believe how different I feel already. Since my covid jabs I’ve felt horrendous. Brain fog, fatigue and lack of focus to name but a few. All gone after a few weeks and getting better each day. I’ve got my get up and go back and feel almost back to my pre covid jab self I feel. Drop it in my morning coffee and that’s all it takes. It really does work.
